Vendor Registration

Registration is now open!

If you are interested in selling at SideQuest Expo 2026, please complete the vendor application form below. After reviewing your application we will contact you with confirmation and payment details.

Tables are 8' x 2.5' unless otherwise noted. Tablecloths and chairs will be provided. Vendors will also receive free parking and event passes for themselves and some helpers.

If you are traveling from out of town we strongly encourage vendors to stay at the hotel the night before the event.

Prices

• Each table is $120
• We offer 1, 2, 3, or 6 table setups
• 2-table setups are reserved for card vendors

Custom booth sizes may be available upon request.
